Ice covered trees sparkle in the sun on a cold Christmas Eve day in Dryden Michigan.
I was born in Launceston Tasmania Australia. Following the end of the war my mother and I joined my father in the U.S. and we moved to Michigan. I served in Vietnam in 1966-67 and subsequently in Germany for two years. It was while I was in Europe that I developed my love for photography and the arts. I particularly love nature and try to capture images that are beautiful and inspirational. Photography and Art can be used to express a personal interpretation that is conveyed at a glance. A moment in time captured by the minds eye or a camera lens never to be forgotten.

Rodney, this is just breathtaking! Lovely light and great DOF. Makes me want to get out of my warm bed and go for a long walk in the woods.
